Damaged or Defective Products

  • Inspect the item before accepting it.
  • Note any issues on the delivery proof.
  • Write a mail or call for inform us immediately.

Return Instructions:

  • Contact us first before returning any product. Unapproved returns may not be accepted or refunded.
  • Clearly explain the issue via email and include photos if necessary.
  • Shipping costs for returns (including return courier charges) are the customer"s responsibility.
  • The customer is fully responsible for ensuring the returned product is safely received by FlipTheFashion.

Eligibility for Ready Return

  • You must request a Ready Return within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • To qualify, the item must be:
    •  The product is unused.
    • The product is not damaged or tampered with
    • The product is not from the “Made to Order” category
    • With original tags and packaging intact

We stand by the authenticity and quality of our products. If you simply don’t like the product, it will not be eligible for return.

Promotional Offers & Refunds

  • Orders placed using promotional discounts or offers are not eligible for full/partial refunds. Instead, any refunded amount will be credited to your FlipTheFashion store account as store credit, which can be used in the future.

How to Initiate a Ready Return

  • Log in to your Flip The Fashion account.
  • Go to Order History and select the item(s) requesting a Ready Return.
  • Choose “Ready Return” as your action and fill in the required details.
  • Submit the form—our team will review and confirm within 24 hours.

Sending Items Back

  • Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping confirmation via email.
  • Please ensure the item is packed securely in its original packaging.
  • Drop the parcel at any courier location or schedule a pick-up.

Exchange Process

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll process your exchange within 2 business days.
  • You can choose:
    • A different color
    • A different style (subject to availability)
  • We’ll ship your replacement item immediately after confirmation.

No Refunds, Only Exchanges

  • This policy exclusively exchanges items — no refund amounts will be issued.
  • In rare cases of damage or quality issues, the returned item may be replaced or store credit offered at our discretion.

Exchange Options

  • Choose a new item of equal or higher value (pay the difference)
  • If the exchanged item is of lesser value, you’ll receive a store credit (valid for future purchases)

 

Limitations & Exceptions

  • Sale items and clearance products are not eligible for Ready Return.
  • If the returned item does not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to deny the Ready Return or charge return shipping.
