Global Shipping

We deliver products across the globe. For successful delivery, please provide your complete shipping address, including the correct zip/postal code.

Free shipping is available across India. 


Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery timeline (after dispatch) is:

  • Domestic (India): 3 to 7 business days
  • International: 8 to 12 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Note: These are estimated timeframes and may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances such as logistics delays, holidays, or adverse weather conditions.


Courier Partners & Delivery

Our trusted delivery partners include DHL, FedEx, TNT, Aramex, and others. Deliveries will be attempted at your door. If you’re unavailable, a delivery attempt notice may be left.

Most partners attempt 2–3 deliveries. If unsuccessful, you may need to contact them to reschedule.

Deliveries typically do not occur on weekends, but some exceptions can be made by coordinating directly with the local courier office.


Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking link.

Please allow up to 24 business hours for tracking information to become active.

All orders are shipped from India.


Estimated Shipping Time

Each product page includes estimated shipping times. These are approximate and may vary due to:

  • Stitching or customization requests
  • Logistics issues

Custom-Made Products

Items such as made-to-order lehengas or custom men’s wear may take longer. Please contact us before ordering if you have a strict delivery date.


Multiple Products in One Order

If you’ve ordered multiple items:

  • The maximum shipping time will apply based on the item requiring the longest preparation time.
  • This ensures that all items are delivered together unless otherwise arranged.

Split Shipments & Multiple Deliveries

You may receive:

  • Your order in multiple packages
  • Deliveries on different days, depending on product availability and readiness

Customs Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Customs duties and import taxes vary by country and are not included in product or shipping charges.

All such charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
